DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Planning Admin to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Manage reporting and administrative tasks within the team to allow the Planners to focus on developing and improving the Strategic Plans.
• To collect, analyse and present accurate data to the Planners to assist with their decision making to create the most optimal Plans.
• Creation and distribution of Load fill / Wasted cost reports.
• Issue Weekly Forecasts to all stakeholders.
• Managing circa 800 vendors within the EU and UK Vendor base.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Strong Excel and MS Package skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding role.
• Supply Chain / Logistics experience.
• MSc Supply Chain & Logistics highly advantageous.
• Data analytical.
