What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and present data for policy development, planning, and regulatory activities
- Respond to technical data requests from various health agencies and compile relevant information
- Produce reports and conduct data analyses to support programmatic and policy development needs
- Provide technical assistance to communities and oral health care providers
- Design and produce graphic displays for quantitative information related to planning and management of programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A combination of six (6) years of education, training, and/or experience in research and planning principles
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple programmatic projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of data analytics and relevant software
- Familiarity with various computer systems and their capabilities
- Experience in providing technical assistance within the healthcare sector
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with oral health professionals and agencies
