- Establishes, or recommends to management, major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for company
- Actively supports the development of long-term Plant vision & strategy
- Leading and coordinating Ratio Project Planning activities towards target cost structure
- Recommends modifications to existing corporate programs
- Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
- Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification
- Investment calculation for Site projects especially for acquisition projects
- Preparation Long Term Cost Simulations
- Process expertise in Maquiladora concept
- Monthly Business Reports, Current Forecasts, Business Plan
- Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
- Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets.
- Advises management on desirable operational adjustments based on analysis of actual cost performance data, or tax code revisions
- Cooperates with all site departments as business partner
- Take on special tasks/projects as needed.
- Regular & close communication & collaboration with GS to ensure location compliance with critical regulations (e.g., IMMEX, VAT)
- 7+ years’ experience within accounting, finance and plant controlling including ERP CO Module, and Maquiladora, VAT, AEO & C-TPAT requirements
- Technical Skills:
- ERP (SAP modules SO) - Advanced
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Power BI) - Advanced
- Cost controlling experience – Advanced
- Regulations (e.g., Maquiladora, VAT, AEO & C-TPAT) – Advanced
