About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Platform Ops Engineer to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting the major development platforms with a focus on Kubernetes and Redhat OpenShift on AWS Services. Incident management and response, troubleshooting DAGs failures

Patching/upgrades:

• Create change and implementation
• Monthly ROSA and ARO cluster Patching
• Twistlock upgrades
• Oauth2-proxy upgrade

Splunk Upgrade:

• Implement Changes, deployments, RITMs and CAPAs in all the clusters from Non-prod and prod
• Documentation: create documentations in confluence , create KB, stack overflow articles
• Monitor Splunk alerts and work on initial triage

Qualifications

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

• Strong Kubernetes knowledge and hands-on working experience
• Strong Hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
• Strong IAC Code Experience (Terraform )
• Knowledge on Github Actions and how ArgoCD work
• Experience in handling SNOW,Cyberark,Confluence,Jira,Splunk
• Experience in basic AWS services like EC2,RDS, VPC, Route53 etc , AWS troubleshooting
• Basic Linux administrative commands
