      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently plan, deliver, and manage the platinum support experience for assigned accounts
      - Liaise with clients and internal teams to drive timely solutions for complex issues
      - Coordinate and lead recurring meetings with clients, providing best practice insights
      - Identify process, training, or product gaps and collaborate with leadership to resolve them
      - Document technical information and resolutions, contributing to the knowledge base

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6-7 years of Support or Account Management experience in the Multi-Family software industry
      - Proficient in at least 4 RealPage products
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to establish and retain long-term relationships with clients
      - Must demonstrate strong technical and troubleshooting skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry with 4-5 years of experience
      - Competent understanding of the multi-family industry at both corporate and property level
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proven ability to rapidly gain product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers
      - Technical certifications related to networking, hardware, and software resolutions
