What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the complete scope of psychiatric care for patients, including new evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and medication management
- Order lab work and other diagnostic tests as needed
- Communicate with family members and coordinate care with other healthcare providers
- Provide psychotherapeutic and skill-building interventions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensure as PMHNP or PA-C
- Minimum of one year of outpatient psychiatric experience
- Availability to work 32-40 hours per week
- Ability to work in a hybrid outpatient setting
- Commitment to providing high-quality psychiatric care

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing dually diagnosed psychiatric patients
- Familiarity with various psychiatric diagnoses beyond anxiety and mood disorders
