What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and configure Keyedin tool for project management and portfolio optimization
- Integrate data from Keyedin with other organizational systems into Power BI for comprehensive project insights
- Create live dashboards that present project data in an actionable format and review them regularly
- Set up alerts in Power BI to mitigate risks based on key project metrics
- Conduct process reengineering activities to enhance PMO efficiency and effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in implementing Keyedin tool for project management and portfolio optimization
- Strong expertise with Power BI and experience providing reports to senior leadership
- Background in process reengineering and business analysis for PMO office
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
