      IT Concepts is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support our Health & Human Services (HHS), Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) client. HRSA is responsible for improving access to healthcare services for underserved and vulnerable populations and has a wide range of responsibilities and programs aimed at enhancing healthcare access and quality in the United States.

      As a PMO Analyst, you will assist the Program team with compiling programmatic support, including preparing/maintaining project management artifacts, risk tracking, data analysis, reporting, and optimizing PMO processes/templates as needed.

      Responsibilities:
      • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, annual, and ad-hoc reports.
      • Prepare and submit detailed meeting minutes and agendas.
      • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures documentation.
      • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
      • Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope.
      • Collect, analyze, and maintain project data and documentation. This includes project plans, schedules, budgets, and other documents.
      • Create and maintain various reports and dashboards to track project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
      • Ensure that projects adhere to the organization's project management methodologies and standards. Perform quality reviews and audits to identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
      • Assist in resource allocation, tracking resource utilization, and helping project managers ensure the right resources are available for each project. This can include managing resource calendars and schedules.
      • Identify, assess, and track project risks and issues. Work with project managers to develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation.
      • Maintain a repository of project-related documents, ensuring version control, accessibility, and proper archiving.
      • Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts, helping to identify and implement best practices and efficiency improvements.
      • Assist in facilitating communication among project stakeholders, ensuring that relevant information is disseminated to the right people at the right time. This can include organizing meetings, creating status reports, and managing communication tools.
      • Provide training and support to project managers and team members on project management tools, methodologies, and processes.
      • Manage and support project management tools and templates.
      • Work with stakeholders, including project managers, executives, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment and communication.
      • Document best practices and lessons learned from completed projects to help improve future project management efforts.
      • Lead strategic working sessions, both internally and with clients.
      • Create compelling content that supports effective and internal communications.
      • Actively seek opportunities to take on new challenges and increase knowledge of project requirements.

      Location: This is a remote role, but must be within the United States and able to work EST hours.

      Requirements
      • Bachelors Degree
      • Three (3) years of relevant experience providing project management support
      • Strong understanding of project management processes and experience developing/maintaining standard project management deliverables
      • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization. This includes written, verbal, and visual communications.
      • Must be a U.S. citizen

      Preferred
      • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
      • Experience supporting HHS/HRSA
      • Experiencing contributing toward a Knowledge Management Solution or System
      • Familiarity with SharePoint or other collaborative environments

      Clearance:
