Uses CBWT performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction (OpEx)
Conducts in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to draw out business relevant insights and related risks
Applies critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify connections, and uncover insights that drive business decisions
Leverages data to support ad hoc requests from regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit partners on CBWT performance
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translates those requirements into data-driven solutions across CBWT
Creates executive-level presentations and reports that tell a compelling story using data-driven insights and visualization techniques
Mentors and trains junior analysts on data analysis methods, visualization techniques, and related best practices at Bank of America
Experience with Bank of America Enterprise Change Policy and Standards
Highly skilled in Bank of America data manipulation and analysis tools – e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Business Intelligence platforms
History of successfully organizing work and problem-solving on high visibility priorities
Strong relationship, verbal/written communication, and influencing skills
Experience in enterprise scale and cross functional engagements
Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership, peers, and business partners
Ability to analyze complex data/processes and identify people, process and/or technology impacts
5+ years of PMO experience
Strong business and financial acumen

Job Description:
The PMO provides a single point of contact for program management related functions. Responsible for the execution of the program to ensure a coordinated delivery of the business outcomes and ensures that the programs maintain a standard project management approach. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/project setup, execution, and control. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles. Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan. Management experience with small to mid-size teams. Accountable for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 5+ years of PMO experience including leading small PMO teams.
Position Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO leader to support Consumer, Business & Wealth Technology (CBWT). Ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the data, tools, and processes Global Technology uses to manage our business. Relevant processes include change execution, initiative planning, portfolio health reporting, monthly/corporate initiative forecasting, P&L tracking, resource allocations, among others. Role will require engagement with teams across the enterprise (e.g., Consumer LOB, GIS, Finance, Data, Risk) to deliver on CBWT priorities and business outcomes.
