What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and optimize episode titles, descriptions, and show notes for SEO and audience engagement
- Support guest outreach and booking efforts with internal and external teams
- Manage the daily technical publishing process of TED Audio Collective podcasts
- Track and report on episode performance metrics and audience engagement
- Maintain positive relationships with podcast hosts and manage their inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least three years of professional experience in digital project management, coordination, and/or publishing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in copywriting and web content writing
- Passion for podcasts and digital media
- Previous experience in podcast production or a related field is highly desirable
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, RSS feeds, and digital content management
