What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze requirements to ensure project success and stakeholder needs are met
- Document business needs, including functional and non-functional requirements, through collaboration with stakeholders
- Create visual representations of business processes to identify areas for optimization
- Prepare reports with actionable recommendations for key decision-makers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an MBA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Experience working with point of sale projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience creating and maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Toshiba Store Integrator (SI) and Toshiba's data integration facility (DIF)
- Experience in scheduling releases, coordinating sprints, and addressing production issues
