What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the policy expert for New Voices in the Greater Cleveland Area, educating constituents on relevant legislation
- Build relationships with strategic partners and community leaders to advance Reproductive Justice policies
- Track and monitor local and state legislation impacting Black communities and reproductive rights
- Mobilize community members through educational materials and activities focused on Reproductive Justice
- Collaborate with team members to develop a strategic media plan positioning New Voices as a thought leader

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Environmental Justice, Racial/Gender/Reproductive Justice, or related fields
- At least two (2) years of experience facilitating workshops or trainings, demonstrating strong presentation skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and media engagement, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with database programs such as Bloomerang is preferred

- Demonstrated passion for Reproductive Justice and the health of marginalized communities
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience working independently in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of current issues affecting Black women and queer folks in relation to reproductive rights
