What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and prepare analytical materials that support the employer's program priorities and projects
- Evaluate and present greenhouse gas reduction strategies, including economic analysis
- Prepare research publications and advocacy materials
- Communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Assist with rapid responses to climate and energy disinformation and document lost benefits from regressive energy policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional quantitative analytic skills and proficiency in technical work
- Strong interest in energy and environmental issues, especially climate action and energy justice
- Ability to communicate technical energy concepts clearly to various stakeholders
- Must be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred, but consideration given to all exceptional candidates

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with greenhouse gas accounting and energy system modeling
- Experience with a programming language
- General data processing and organizing skills, along with the ability to conduct literature reviews
