What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a point person on projects and provide value to Justice Counts stakeholders nationwide
- Develop and support project deliverables while contributing to the advancement of project objectives
- Ensure successful delivery of project timelines and facilitate cross-team collaboration
- Prepare for and lead meetings with policymakers, funders, and agency leaders
- Draft and track updates for internal and external stakeholders regarding project developments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in the criminal justice field or a related field such as law or social work
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to public service and nonpartisan duties
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills alongside strong critical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven ability to manage complicated processes involving large groups of stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and effectively communicate across platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in policy formulation, analysis, advocacy, and research related to the criminal or juvenile justice system
- Experience developing agendas and participating in strategic meetings with key stakeholders
- Strong oral communication skills with the ability to present complex information concisely
