What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and facilitate meetings for the Metrics and Technical Implementation Guide Committees
- Serve as a point person on projects, providing value to Justice Counts committee members nationwide
- Support project deliverables and ensure successful delivery of timelines and collaboration
- Draft and track updates for internal and external stakeholders on project developments
- Contribute to process improvements and innovations in metric development and application
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three years of work experience or equivalent education in the criminal justice field or a related area
- Experience managing complex processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with strong critical and strategic thinking
- Strong oral communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in policy formulation, analysis, or advocacy within the criminal justice system
- Experience developing agendas and participating in strategic meetings with key stakeholders
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site technical assistance or presentations
- Reliable internet connection and flexibility to use personal devices during business travel
