      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and update policies for the division, interpreting AHCCCS policies and communicating changes
      - Collaborate on cross-divisional policy updates and act as a subject matter expert
      - Provide professional assistance and consult with various stakeholders regarding AHCCCS benefits and reimbursement policies
      - Write and maintain publications and manuals to support policy objectives
      - Work with the Provider Education team to develop and revise educational materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two to three years of experience in healthcare delivery systems interpreting laws/rules and writing policies
      - Knowledge of AHCCCS programs, rules, regulations, and policies
      - Superior written and oral communication skills
      - Strong analytical and comprehension skills to interpret federal and state statutes
      - Intermediate computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
      - Three or more years of experience in a regulatory environment
      - Experience with the Fee for Service population
