RSS Riga, Latvia

Due to the continued high demand for RSS services, we created a satellite location in Riga, Latvia in 2023. The Riga office is part of the Roche Services & Solutions EMEA organization and complements the Budapest site in capabilities and capacities. The Riga office is planned to grow to more than 200 employees over the next 4-5 years, with talents in exciting and emerging fields such as Digital Marketing, Regulatory Capabilities, Agile Coaching, Project Management as well as Finance.

About the position

Among our teams, we have various finance related positions on several levels, where we continuously look for specific languages, such as Polish. As a finance professional, your responsibilities can be to :

• Perform day-to-day and closing activities

• Calculate, post and reconcile leased assets, fixed asset and CAPEX accounting activities

• Calculate and post taxes, GL journals and accruals, treasury transactions and intercompany balances

• Calculate and issue AR manual invoices, daily bank posting

• Ensure the day to day accounts and accounting processes within PtP and RtR teams are managed to a high standard.

• Work closely with the SSC Budapest Finance teams

• University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting related discipline

• 4-8 years of experience in a finance positions
