What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage and grow existing sales territory in Northeast US and Canada
- Create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations to customers
- Utilize value selling techniques to identify and meet customer needs
- Develop strategies to grow business through customer interviews and market research
- Provide product recommendations for customer testing and manage travel budget effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field strongly preferred; 8 years of industry selling experience may be considered as an alternate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales representative in a technical field or similar position
- Basic understanding of value selling versus price selling
- Must possess a driver’s license, passport, and maintain a reliable vehicle suitable for customer transport
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
