      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete tasks assigned by the Population Health Manager and Team Leads, including pre-visit planning and quality metric reviews
      - Maintain compliance with organizational policies and safety guidelines
      - Provide administrative, clerical, and IT support to leadership and physician practices
      - Navigate multiple databases and electronic medical records to assess compliance with quality metrics
      - Collaborate with quality improvement and administrative staff across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Experience in a medical office setting or related training in healthcare management
      - Must possess knowledge of patient registration and billing processes
      - Preference given to candidates with certifications such as Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Certified Professional Coder
      - Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems
      - Background in quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings
