What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Lead and coordinate weekly upcoming event and port operations review meetings

- Improve user experience workflows at the port and anticipate and solve problems

- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external port attendees

- Collaborate with operational vendors and internal stakeholders for events and gatherings

- Conduct regular audits of the port and track deficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

- Experience in the hospitality sector and event management

- Strong management skills and ability to work with little supervision

- Proficiency in computer and technical skills, including Google Suite and Slack

- Ability to thrive in uncertainty and think quickly on your feet

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Proficiency in French, in addition to English
