What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and evaluate external investment managers and assist in the selection process
- Conduct quantitative, qualitative, and peer group analysis of assigned portfolios
- Utilize investment-related software for analysis and evaluation of managers
- Actively participate in meetings with external firms and portfolio management teams
- Manage the preparation and delivery of quarterly Board materials and regulatory documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant investment experience
- Background in manager-of-manager due diligence and investment analysis
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with Morningstar Direct preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards CFA/CAIA and similar designations
- Knowledge of various investment managers, fund complexes, products, and styles across all asset classes
