- Lead the development and execution of the Nestlé Cereals health and nutrition portfolio communication strategy.
- Work with internal Marketing and Digital teams and external agencies, to develop plans linking to our Better Food, Better Lives promises.
- Activate plans across key consumer, retailer and media touchpoints to maximise awareness, engagement and ROI.
- Manage the relationship with the Global Portfolio team and Nestlé UK, aligning on communication development and local activation.
- Lead the local regulatory process to ensure compliance of all activity in partnership with Nestlé UK/
- Lead the development and execution of the corporate communication and PR plan, aligning with key stakeholders in CPW/Nestlé.
- Be the main point of contact with CPW globally, Nestlé UK, PR Agency and Consumer Services to manage media and consumer queries and responses.
- Manage a small portfolio of multi-brand products, including P&L management, related projects, pack changes etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programmes adjusting plans in line with learnings.
- The ability to influence across all levels of the business both internally and externally
- Strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience
- A proven ability to run and deliver complex projects
- Prior knowledge of running multi-pronged communications programmes
- P&L management experience

Salary up to £47,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension + 12 flexible days in addition to 25 days of annual leave + other excellent benefits

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Brand Manager to work as part of our Cereal Partners UK team at our head office in Welwyn Garden City. Reporting directly into the Marketing Manager, you will lead the portfolio strategy and communications plan across Nestlé Breakfast Cereals. Touching key brands such as Shreddies, Cheerios and Shredded Wheat.
You will also manage a small portfolio of multi-brand products.
A day in the life...
Ultimately you’ll be responsible for cross brand communications. Focusing on health and nutrition under our Better Food Promise and supporting families and communities under Better Lives. You will define the strategy and build long-term plans to achieve our ambitions aligned with the wider business vision; gaining exposure to all elements of the marketing mix and more.

What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role you’ll already have some fantastic marketing experience. Ideally you will already be working in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic environment.
Acting as an ambassador for our brands, you will have strong communication and cross functional working skills. Pro-activity and enthusiasm are essential elements for this role as well as leadership agility and creative thinking.
