      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations of trends and patterns
      - Prepare, review, and analyze key performance metrics related to the organization's pet insurance activities
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis to influence strategic plans
      - Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimize portfolio performance
      - Communicate analysis and strategies to senior leaders and support portfolio reporting and finance team as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and extracting insights to support decision-making
      - Experience in developing and maintaining data models and schemas for data accuracy
      - Strong statistical analysis skills and ability to conduct hypothesis testing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with predictive and prescriptive modeling to support forecasting and optimization
      - Familiarity with implementing data quality checks and validation processes
