What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet territory sales quotas for ICU Medical's infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty products
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and hospital clinicians
- Conduct product trials and provide implementation support for ICU products
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to effectively position ICU Medical's offerings
- Collaborate with management to align sales efforts with company and regional targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device sales
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and developing customer relationships
- Compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with needle-free infusion therapy products and services
- Established relationships in key regional health systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-motivated and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision
