What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate organization and technical assistance for sustainability projects and programs
- Collect, analyze, interpret, and report data on key sustainability indicators
- Analyze utility consumption and propose reduction programs and policies
- Manage applications for local, state, and federal project-specific funding related to sustainability
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sustainability initiatives across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with subsidized sustainability funding programs
- Knowledge of property management, real estate, accounting, finance, or general administration
- Construction or facilities experience, preferably in affordable housing
- Familiarity with software such as Yardi, Energy Star Portfolio Manager, or similar tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicle infrastructure implementation
- Knowledge of clean energy, electrification, and decarbonization projects
- Ability to design and implement education and outreach programs on sustainable practices
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sustainability metrics
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with diverse teams
