      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide organization and technical assistance for sustainability projects and programs
      - Collect, analyze, interpret, and report data on key sustainability indicators such as energy and water consumption
      - Propose programs, policies, and procedures to reduce utility consumption
      - Manage applications for funding programs related to sustainability projects
      - Collaborate with internal teams to drive sustainability initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience with subsidized sustainability funding programs such as LIWP, MFES, LIFT, CAMR, SOMAH, TECH, etc.
      - Knowledge of property management, real estate, accounting, finance, and/or general administration
      - Construction or facilities experience, preferably in affordable housing
      - Familiarity with software such as Yardi, Energy Star Portfolio Manager, Yardi Pulse, or WegoWise

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional knowledge of construction and facilities management in the affordable housing sector
      - Experience with electric vehicle infrastructure implementation
      - Understanding of clean energy and sustainability regulations
      - Background in designing education and outreach programs on sustainable practices
