What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and focus in a distraction-free private office space while working from home
- Speak with consumers over the phone, connecting with individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
- Build rapport and engage clients
- Assess risk and manage documentation during calls
- Provide available resources and information, as well as identify safe coping mechanisms and develop safety plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation Degree in a behavioral health field or a Master's degree with a clinical practice emphasis from an accredited program
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
- Reside in Oregon and hold at least one of the following licenses: LPC Associate, CSWA, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or telephonic counseling in a healthcare-related setting
