What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a resource in Position Control with various management systems
- Provide guidance to programs and resolve issues related to Classification & Pay
- Assist with maintaining accurate position control data and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
- Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eligible for appointment and authorization to work in the United States
- Experience in performing complex analytical duties related to position control, classification, and pay
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Experience with database management systems and other relevant HR tools
