What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to hiring managers and Human Resources leadership
- Serve as a lead and expert resource for the Position Control team
- Utilize systems such as MIRS, OPMS, OFSS, and ServiceNow Position Control for complex problem-solving
- Guide programs on sensitive issues related to Classification and Pay (C&P)
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eligible for appointment and have authorization to work in the United States
- Experience in performing complex analytical duties related to position control and classification
- Proficiency in using relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
