What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately measure and categorize loads for billing purposes, ensuring compliance with established protocols
- Inspect incoming loads for adherence to waste acceptance policies and communicate these policies to customers
- Charge for materials based on size and type, applying specific fees for oversized items
- Conduct load inspections safely and follow established safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Provide courteous customer service and educate visitors on accepted materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in material measurement or waste management is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to work Saturdays and one or two other days of the week

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the waste management industry
- Familiarity with safety protocols and operational procedures in a similar environment
