Post Closing Specialist

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $19.28/hour

Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST

Start/End Dates: February 2025 - August 2025

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced team in a role supporting real estate transactions. You will perform a range of administrative and support duties to assist with timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions.
• Provide exceptional support to branch operations by efficiently handling administrative tasks and delivering best-in-class customer service related to escrow processes.
• Manage email boxes and handle inbound calls to resolve client inquiries.
• Perform closing tasks such as documents preparation, fee preparation and scheduling.
• Communicate with internal and external clients and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and great computer skills.
• Recording experience with CSC (ePrepare) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills including phone and email.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
