What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD in Network systems modeling, Computer Science, Engineering, multidisciplinary Data Science, Machine Learning, or Graph Modeling and Mining
- Programming fluency is required
- PhD must be obtained by the time of appointment
- Strong track record of publications in selective conferences and/or journals
- Experience in network systems modeling and multidisciplinary data science

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Coursework or experience in data analytics, computer science, and engineering
- Prior experience working in interdisciplinary teams or environments
