Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care of patients. This position involves correlating the nursing process with the medical plan of care and established policies. The role will specifically provide post-partum couplet care with an approximate 4 to 1 patient ratio.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for patients.
• Supervise and evaluate the nursing care provided.

Essential Skills

• Current Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license upon hire.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of perioperative nursing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• NRP and PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• At least one year of experience in post-partum care is desirable.

Work Environment

This position involves night shifts with rotating weekends, working 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The hospital is a full-service, 180-bed facility providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology in a friendly community setting. The hospital is nationally recognized for patient safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $92000.00/yr.
