What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert existing Cognos reports to Power BI, ensuring consistency in appearance and functionality
- Implement data-level security mechanisms in Power BI reports as defined in the Cognos reports
- Ensure seamless integration with existing data sources, including databases and data warehouses
- Enable real-time data access and updates in Power BI, similar to the current Cognos setup
- Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Cognos reporting and transformer cube
- Proficiency in Power BI dashboarding
- Ability to work onsite for 2 weeks per month in Richmond, VA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data-level security mechanisms in reporting tools
- Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts
