What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, document, and articulate business and systems requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Develop reporting and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements
- Review existing business processes for inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Conduct data quality checks using automated processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a data analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, or equivalent; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- 4+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Tableau
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and other database management systems
- Proficiency with data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Python and AI solutions
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud concepts
- Strong ability to manage multiple work-streams and projects
- Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
