What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop software solutions by analyzing user information needs and system processes
- Create enhancements and provide support for the Texas HHS Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0 Power Platform application
- Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint
- Develop and implement Power Automate Flows for business process automation
- Create and manage Power BI reports to support data analysis and reporting needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8 or more years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions
- Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and sprint planning
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
- Good understanding of Dataverse tables and uses
- Familiarity with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
