      Job Title: Engine Calibration Engineer - Intermediate

      Job Description

      We are seeking a Hybrid Calibration Engineer responsible for HCP calibration development from first Hardware-In-Loop simulators, powertrain dynos, and mule vehicles up to production on next-generation Electrified Powertrain vehicles. The application calibrator will develop HCP calibrations to meet vehicle performance targets, assess vehicle attributes, and support all feature functions.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop HCP calibrations to meet vehicle performance targets.
      • Assess vehicle attributes and support all feature functions.
      • Execute a disciplined test plan and verification process to ensure quality calibrations are released.
      • Engage management as necessary to ensure project objectives are achieved.

      Essential Skills

      • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree.
      • 3+ years of experience.
      • Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and with others.
      • High level of analytic ability and creativity.
      • Ability to balance work effectively on multiple issues.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Knowledge of Calibration tools such as INCA, MDA, PowerCal, CRETA, CANAlyzer, and CANoe.
      • Experience with electrified powertrain (BEV or Hybrid) calibration or embedded controls.
      • Knowledge of control system development tools.
      • Experience in Powertrain Control solutions development (powertrain control algorithms, On-board Diagnostics/OBD, embedded software).
      • DFSS Green Belt Certification with understanding of optimization and design of experiments.

      Work Environment

      requiring anywhere from 3-5 days a week with 0-10% travel. Driving a Stellantis vehicle is required.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $44.16 - $44.16/hr.
