What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct keyword research and write compelling copy for ads
- Structure campaigns and ad groups, determining optimal settings for performance
- Analyze and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for clients across various industries
- Collaborate with the Google Ads Manager and SEO team to align strategies with client goals
- Monitor campaign success and provide insights for performance improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor
- Proficiency in using the Keyword Planner Tool or other keyword research tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets in Excel
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 or more years of professional Google Ads experience
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with Bing and Facebook paid advertising
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, and Basecamp
- Passion for marketing, advertising, and online content development
