What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and App Stores
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize ad creative, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance, track relevant KPIs, and generate reports on key metrics
- Perform A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, campaign strategies, and landing pages

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the financial services sector, with a proven track record of driving measurable results
- Expertise in platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager, supported by various certifications
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong background in optimizing campaigns for performance, including refining advanced bidding strategies and improving ad placements
- Deep understanding of CRO principles, with experience in A/B testing and optimizing customer journeys to increase conversions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with basic coding or scripting languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL for implementing tracking codes or advanced data manipulation
