      Overall Job Purpose

      Setting up and generating performance reports related to Insurance Sales and Asset Management business Also includes Bonus Calculations for Insurance Sales teams.

      The role requires identifying the stakeholder requirement and delivering Management Information as deemed appropriate. The individual needs to have the ability to manage large data & perform various analysis and reconciliation.

      Support the Finance Manager with the requisite output / analysis on request.

      Streamline the process to improve the quality of the reporting and establish controls/checks as appropriate to achieve accuracy and completeness of the reports.

      Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)

      • Delivering accurate Management Information as per agreed timelines and accuracy levels.
      • Managing mail boxes and responding to stakeholder queries.
      • Supporting the Manager/UK Stakeholder with Adhoc reporting/analysis.
      • Ability to manage large data & perform analysis such as trend analysis and provide some initial insights.
      • Performing Sales Bonus calculations for the Sales teams in the Insurance business.
      • Support planning & Forecasting process and P&L Reporting for various areas with the Investment business.

      Additional Responsibilities :

      • Conduct regular reviews of MI and its production to ensure fitness for purpose, recommending and implementing improvements
      • Identify stakeholder requirements and develop new MIs as deemed appropriate.
      • Support projects as Subject matter experts and ensure smooth transition into BAU.
      • To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise

      Educational Qualification:

      • Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Accounting with relevant experience
