      Job summary

      Havelock Grange Practice is looking for a Practice Assistant to join their friendly multi-disciplinary team.

      • Salary negotiable depending upon experience & qualifications
      • Training & development supported
      • Six weeks pro rata holidays
      • NHS Pension Scheme available

      Main duties of the job

      The successful candidate will be part of a supportive Practice Assistant team, who provide the first point of contact for patients and all enquires into the Practice.

      Experience of a General Practice setting is preferred but not essential, as all training will be provided.

      The successful candidates will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

      We are a friendly busy GP Practice of 13,500 patients, with a vision to achieve continued excellent patient care, led with compassion and a whole-person approach.

      We are a supportive training and teaching Practice, we host and mentor GP Registrars, Foundation Doctors and Medical Students.

      • Maintain an effective filing and recording system for patient data and practice documents.

      • Confidential liaison between Partners and patients
