What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and perform clinical review, information flow, and clinical data reports for medical staff credentialing
- Identify and coordinate flow of information, data analysis, and timely reporting for Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE)
- Foster professional relationships with Medical Staff and hospital leadership to develop meaningful OPPE measures
- Support compliance with CMS and The Joint Commission standards for OPPE while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with IT and Clinical Informatics to improve data availability for OPPE use

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current RN licensure with the Oregon State Board of Nursing
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hospital experience with a strong medical or surgical background
- Advanced degree (MSN or similar) required
- Ability to travel to business functions, trainings, meetings, and all worksites

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Quality or Medical Staff Services related certification
- Prior experience in Quality Management and/or OPPE
