Job summary
We are looking for a practice nurse who are passionate about joining our supportive clinical team to provide excellent care to our patients in Halesowen. You would need to have good knowledge and experience with long term conditions including diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension etc to provide true holistic care to your patients.
If you are happy to work in a small dedicated team supporting each other to achieve the best outcome for patients, their families and work colleagues, this is the practice for you.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a practice nurse to support long term condition reviews, health promotion, cervical smears and vaccinations and all aspects of nursing
Work in collaboration with other members of our practice team
About us
We are very friendly team based in Halesowen who serve 5000 patients. Our team include 2 GP partners, 3 salaried GPs and 2 practice nurses. Working together in support of each other and patients with long term conditions.
We are an active participant part of the Halesowen PCN.
Dedicated long serving staff support the clinicians, we feel this is a statement to our good working relations and caring for employees.
