      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and submit compliant proposal packages for faculty and researchers
      - Prepare proposal budgets and non-technical components of grant applications
      - Review solicitation requirements and guide faculty for compliant submissions
      - Generate grant application packages on various government websites
      - Maintain knowledge of university research administration policies and provide guidance to faculty and staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher
      - One year of experience in research administration or related positions for Intermediate Professional level; three years for Advanced Professional level; six years for Senior Professional level
      - Effective communication and interpersonal skills
      - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
      - Experience with proposal submission for Department of Energy (DOE), NASA, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) sponsors preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proposal submission experience with Department of Energy (DOE), NASA, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) sponsors
      - Advanced degree in a related field
      - Familiarity with research administration software and tools
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
