      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and submit compliant proposal packages on behalf of faculty and researchers
      - Prepare proposal budgets and non-technical components of grant applications
      - Review solicitation requirements and provide guidance to faculty for compliant submissions
      - Generate grant application packages on various government websites (e.g., Research.gov, Grants.gov)
      - Maintain awareness of University research administration policies and provide guidance on procedures and approvals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or higher
      - Minimum of three years of experience in research administration or related positions
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
      - Experience with proposal submissions for Department of Energy (DOE), NASA, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) sponsors is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with proposal submission in a higher education or research institution setting
      - Familiarity with university research administration policies and guidelines
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administrative staff
