What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple Distributed Generation (DG) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects through various development stages
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review project designs and identify potential cost savings
- Support proposal preparation by conducting site visits and creating risk assessments
- Create and monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and ensure projects meet company standards and legal agreements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Independent Power Producer (IPP) firms, DG Development, Project Management, Engineering, or Construction roles
- Experience within the renewable energy industry, specifically in solar photovoltaic arrays and/or battery energy storage systems
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP), OSHA or NFPA safety standards, and First Aid/CPR/AED
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce

- Working knowledge of NEC code and AC/DC electrical system design
- Experience in managing distributed generation and energy storage projects
- Excellent time management skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
