      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with assigned Sales Consultant to achieve sales goals and develop strategic sales plans
      - Evaluate quote requests and provide strategic product recommendations in partnership with brokers
      - Proactively follow up on designated quotes and track activity through sales platforms
      - Facilitate broker needs with internal departments and coordinate employee meetings as needed
      - Assist Sales Consultant with onboarding and training new brokers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare/medical sales/service experience
      - Valid California life/health insurance license
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; advanced education preferred
      - Strong proven track record of supporting the achievement of sales goals
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced education or degree preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to self-start and think independently
      - Strong analytical skills to read and understand sales reports and identify trends
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and SalesForce
      - Experience in a fast-paced work environment with a collaborative work style
