      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with sales teams to tailor solutions using ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM platforms
      - Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations
      - Engage with client stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with their business goals
      - Design solution architectures and workflows to streamline client processes
      - Act as a technical liaison during the pre-sales process, addressing client questions and concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles focused on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM products
      - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
      - Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices
      - Demonstrated ability to design and present complex technical solutions clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
      - ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or v4)
      - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, CSM, and ITOM certifications
      - Experience with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs
      - Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum)
