What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the execution of Premium Audit service and supplier management activities, including consulting and performance trends
- Support Premium Audit & Support teams by identifying product and service requirements and providing supply market insights
- Create standards for vendor operations, ensuring adherence to quality and customer service expectations
- Manage supplier relationships, focusing on relationship management, risk management, and performance management
- Investigate issues related to supplier management, performing root cause analysis and escalating problems as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of work experience in supplier management
- Minimum of three years of related experience in Premium Audit
- Solid knowledge of corporate auditing practices and principles within the insurance industry
- Excellent project management, organizing, and planning skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PAAS Certification preferred
- Knowledge of General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Business Auto Liability functions and procedures
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues effectively
