      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and process prescription renewal requests for designated clinical departments
      - Provide administrative support to clinical operations under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor
      - Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care
      - Maintain knowledge of medication abbreviations, symbols, and drug dosage calculations
      - Uphold laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice and patient confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g., GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution
      - Certification from an approved pharmacy technician program or equivalent pharmacy experience
      - Minimum of three years of institutional/retail pharmacy experience or clinical support function
      - Strong knowledge of medication abbreviations, symbols, and drug dosage calculations
      - Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in medical assisting or related field
      - Experience with electronic medical record systems
      - Previous training in pharmacy practice and patient confidentiality
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
